We will work with you to improve the capacity of your development staff by assessing the existing capabilities within your organization, identifying critical gaps in performance or capacity, and providing recommendations for realigning your resources.
We will provide best practices for board engagement as well as fundraising training for board members.

We will provide fundraising counsel and implementation for capital campaigns, major donor programs, and annual funds.

We will provide historical analysis of your fundraising data, in order to better understand past performance and set goals for future growth. We have particular expertise in Raiser’s Edge. We will help you set up proper documentation procedures and protocols to improve internal processes and control.

COMMUNICATIONS

We will advise on communications and marketing strategies for your fundraising efforts, as well as write collateral including annual reports, newsletters, and appeal letters.
