Donna Clark Consulting will work with you to set clear expectations for the engagement. We will listen to what you need and provide a clear Scope of Services, including timelines and deliverables, before the work begins.

At the beginning of the engagement we will sit down with you for a Discovery Meeting to brainstorm all the elements of the project. During the engagement we will provide you with regular feedback and updates on progress.

You can expect to have your messages returned within one business day, your deliverables on time and to a very high standard.

What we expect from you in turn is a willingness to engage in discussion, share information, and answer questions.
